📦 Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We process and ship all domestic orders within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking information is provided for all orders once they are shipped.


🌍 International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping; however, all international orders are placed and shipped at the customer’s own risk.

Important Notice Regarding Customs

When ordering from outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Customs regulations vary by country and may restrict, delay, or prohibit certain items.

  • Your order may be delayed, held, seized, destroyed, or returned by customs authorities in your country.

  • We have no control over customs processing once the package leaves the United States.

Customer Responsibility

By placing an international order, you agree that:

  • It is your responsibility to verify that the products you are ordering are legal to import into your country.

  • All customs fees, import taxes, duties, and clearance charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for packages that are refused, blocked, confiscated, or destroyed by customs.

No Refunds on Customs Issues

If your package is:

  • refused by customs

  • seized by customs

  • destroyed by customs

  • returned due to import restrictions

no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.


🚫 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or due to failure to collect the package from the carrier or customs, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a carrier claim when applicable.
